Motorola Solutions — Complaining about bad service from motorola service centre.

I took my moto x4 phone for servicing to motorola service center kanpur. The phone needed mic replacement that which was done. But later when i recieved the phone it's front housing had decorized and also the finger print sensor was damaged. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Motorola Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 21, 2020 Updated by Shivoy Mohan Gupta I took my phone - moto x4 for servicing to lenovo motorola service center kanpur. The mic of the phone had to be replaced which was done. But when i got my phone back it front housing had lost color giving phone an ugly look and also fingerprint sensor was damaged (Which earlier was working fine). So i want to understand the authorization level of motorola service centres that during repairing one part of phone they end up damaging others.
