Motorola Solutions — defective handset but not getting proper support from customer service & not agree to refund & replace | |||
Hi, I have moto g5s plus device, which is not working properly since july 2018. I have alreday visited service center 6 times, still my issue is not resolved. Lenovo-moto is not agree to replace my handset or return my money. They just asking to wait for software update. Really bad service. My decice is facing screen burn in issue from after its purchase of 3 months and from then i visited service providers thrice and they didnt fix the error thrice stating that they wont handle display issues
My phone was not charging it is showing charging text in phone but is not increasing

I have sent complete information & trail email of all discussion from customer support till now. Seeking support from Moto but they are just trying to make fool customer. It's really worst experience with Moto for me.
Please look into email and provide the closure of this issue. Expecting replacement of my handset. I am struggling with this phone & running behind service center since July 2018.
