I recently bought moto e4 plus model (15th july) to gift someone. I had high expectations from this model with the kind of configuration it supported as compared to other phones in the market. But phone had started malfunctioning within 20 days. Its touch is not working properly, sim card tray is not detecting the sim, its overheating while charging so much. So in the nutshell phone is total crap and complete wastage of money. I didnt expected this from motorola brand at all.. Though i have using moto g previously. Please replace the defective piece. As nothing is working in this phone.

Ma phones speakers isn't working properly...wen i make a call I can't hear the ringtone n there voic...onli possible wen its loudspeaker and headset ...also charger isn't working properly...I havnt misused it..evn den..its not working..wat shall b done vith dat...MYnn warranty is still der...and s it possible to replace the same...
