Motorola Solutions — Defective moto z play and extreme bad service

Updated by amalnair7 I bought my moto z play in 2016 October and is the third moto phone in my family. In may my phone fell down and the display wss broken. I repaired it from your service center in punjab jalandhar by paying 13000 rs. That time i was in punjab. Now from the last month i noticed that the fingerprint scanner is not working sometimes and also there is some dust in front of face camera and it is totally blurred.. when i repaired it, it wasnt there. So i went to your service center in kukatpally hyderabad because right now m here. And they said that they do not have the display now so cntct after 10 days. I went thre aftr 15 days and they are like sir u repaired it from Punjab so we cant do anything. Contact them.. so u want me to go to Punjab to repair this. R u serious? Then what does authorised service centr means. Some how aftr all excuses they agreed to chck it and said me that they need 4-5 days to chck it and they will let me know... R u serious?? M in a corporate where i receive 100s of calls and u want me to wste 5 days to chck whats happening.. done agreed.. then terms and conditions goes lik this. If we open and the phone stops working its not our responsibility...and i am sure after 5 days they will call me and tell me that sir this is not covered in our warranty so you will have to pay us for extra for display and i will not pay for this now..
Do you think that after all these lines, I should hand over th phon to u... This is not acceptable.. i spent 38000 (25+13) and this is the service u r offering me???... I always had good opinion about moto but now I am really disappointed by your service... They said that this is a physical damage.. theres no damage .. only thing is the camra is having dust which u have to clean and the snsor need to be chckd... I dont know if this is the rsoltion you are givng me, then i swear iam gonna throw this phone out and will never let any of my colleagues buy a moto... This service is not expected from a 25000 rs phone.. Plesse do something i[censored] feel that i am right...
