Motorola Solutions — Defective phone plus Uncooperative Moto Team and service centers | |||||
I purchased Moto G4 plus on 18th oct 2016. Within 15-20 days I started facing problem regarding Camera. When I asked for replecement of that defective cell phone their customer executive told me that they can not change my phone because phone can be exchanged only within 10 days of delivery. So they suggest me to visit service center. I visited moto service center at tilak nagar delhi ( ) where they made the phone even worst and after that viberator also stopped working. When I asked them that what they did with my phone they replied that mam Your phone is out of warranty and they are denying that its their fault. NOW I want that Motorola either Exchange my phone or i want my money back. Very Disappointed with Motorola Service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
