Motorola Solutions — delay in repair and not proper response by executive | |||
I mahendra vishwakarma gave my motorola e3 mobile for repairing charging parts at ghatkopar mumbai on 14th august2017 but they did not give time limit for it. Today 21 august 2017 i called ghatkopar gallary for my mobile but they said parts not available there hence it takes more time. So i said mr. Pratik if you dont have parts then why keep mobile for repairing and why you are not responsible for that he told me it is your responsibility why you keep mobile here if you have any urgent then take out your mobile.
