Motorola Solutions — delay in repair of warrantied phone | |||
I have given my 6 month old moto e3 power phone to service center due to charging issue at following authorized service center — hcl touch (Lenovo exclusive) - bangalore on[protected]. They told me that they will repair it by 5-7 working days since the stock is not available. But the sad thing is i didn't get the phone till now. After calling so many times they told me they will the phone on[protected]. But they are still saying excuses when i called them on[protected].
