Motorola Solutions — delay in service from motorola service center

I had given my phone for repair to motorola service center, dehradun. The problem i encountered was that the phone could'nt be charged. Earlier they told me that they would hand over the repaired phone to me within 10 days but now when i call them, they keep on delaying the process. It has been 20 days now and i still get the same response. My complaint no. Is srrke[protected]
And the complaint code is c0019. Please do something soon.
