If warrenty cant be given under splashproof then they should declare that the product dont cover warrenty for that reason and under specifications they should not show it or shown along with declaration
Ihave bought moto g5 plus 4 months ago have been working fine but suddenly the network stopped working. Except that every thing is fine and perfectly working as same as when it is brought. Then i submitted phone to service centre
It took 10 days to check where for all other costomers checking is done instantly in an hour and 5 more days to keep an motherbboard order where for all other costomers it is done at that instantly under warrenty and 4 more days to say that warrenty is not covered under liquid damage
If it is splashproof then they sould cover warrenty. It is nowhere submerged just some water splashed on its surface at home accidentally that too some days before the problem occured. Phone didnot shown any sign of it (Ie switching off that occurs in case of other phones) at that time
