Motorola Solutions — I am complaining about service provide by the company.

I am a customer of motorola from last 7 months.
When i buy motorola g3 smart phone from flipkart.
The main purpose is to buy is that g3 is a water resistant phone.
It has a unique specification among all the phones.
So i want to say that, on 19th march when i change my trouser, my phone suddenly fall into the tub which is full of water.
Then i picked up within 2 to 3 sec. Immediately.
After some time i saw that my phone sceen is full of water
My touch pad is not working.
Then i made a call with another to customer care.
My phone is under warranty.
So why should they charged me 4500₹ for this matter.
Kindly refund my money as my phone is under warranty, as soon as possible

I buy moto g3 which was heating very badly so i was unsatisfy with this product and this company is very bad like froud
I have bought a moto x play on 24th January 2016 from flipkart which was recieved on 29th january 2016. IMEI no- [protected]. But within a span of 2 months, battery of the phone got swelled up.I visited to motorola authorized service center B2X Aggarwal City Mall, Pitampura, Delhi on 25th March 2016 and they had accepted that the battery was swelled due to the manufacturing fault and they confirmed to deliver the device within a week after solving the problem of battery vide job number AMSDEH006415 dated 25/03/2016. But after so many visits to service center and telephone conversations I could not get proper response from the service center representative as they did not deliver the phone due to non availability of battery of the device . Even i got a telephonic message from your motorola service center that the phone will be delivered/ repaired by 27th april 2016 . I do not understand why you are taking so much time o resolve the problem and how i will survive myself without the device. Will you extend the warranty for one more month as am wasting 1 month to get this device repaired
I have not recd any satisfactory response from motorola customer care till date even sent a email on their site on 09.04.16 vide reference number is[protected] and my mobile is still with them for repair.

I am frustrated due to the poor response from their service representatives and now i am thinking why i purchased this phone. Even i am not going to recommend to buy motorola product.
