i have bought a motorola g4phone on 30jan 2017.in this phone there is a problem regarding touch of the phone.i went to motorola service centre of okhala new delhi.but ur repersentative told me in my phone a very small minor like scratch is in phnone.so ur phone is physically damage nd it will not cover in warantty. you have to pay for this.
but how you can do this my phone is under warnatty and due to a minor scratch you denied for doing free service during warrnaty.you makes customer fool.it is very bad experince to me regading ur company
