I purchased a motorola mobile on august 21.08.16 after 6 months It is not working. When contacted customer service centres the repair costs 10000/ in mumbai and 21000/ In bangalore service centre. Stating Mother board damage. It is because of manufacturing fault. For that i was a victim. Moreover in bangalore i was Told this model is not in sale. How the public are cheated. Since the warranty does not cover This i incurred loss. Just motorola makes money by selling damaged Items. Company don't care and value My money.
