Motorola Solutions — Mobile complained not handled since 1 month | |||||
It has been one month that I have registered complaint about my mobile whose battery was not working. The complaint was made and I was asked to submit my mobile to "22-A, Shastri Nagar Jammu" on 28/3/2016. The maximum time that was given to me for fixing the handset was 15 days from the date of submission of my mobile. It has been 1 month and I have visited the so called service center 10 times and all I hear from them every time is "We have not given the handset for repair yet". This is the worst customer service that can ever be provided by any company for its product. It seems that a bunch of illiterates are working in that service center and I never get any logical and satisfactory response from the staff.How can a service representative say to a customer after one month of his complaint that "we have not given your mobile for repair yet". Motorola should look into this and resolve this Asap as this is going over the head. Was this information helpful? | |||||
