Motorola Solutions — mobile not working after repairing at moto care | |||||
Hi My self surinder lakra. I have given my mobile at service centre for repairing at rewari model town moto care. As i was facing concern for battery exhaust with in 3-4hrs. I have given the mobile on 27 april'18. I am in regular follow with moto care team. Every time they suggest new date. Their service person told at the time of mobile submission that concern will resolve after battery change after 2-3 days. Today after fifteen days past they said they are not responsible for mobile working and add one more problem that touch screen also not working. Even at the time of mobile submit we provide mobile in working condition.
