[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — mobile phones | |
Dear sir/ madam, I had purchased moto g5 around a month back. Till yesterday i was quite satisfied with the overall performance of phone, but when i opted to see movie which i downloaded. I plugged in the earphone and started watching, but within few seconds the volume dropped and dnd was automatically active. I tried to watch several times but could not succeed. When i searched on google it seems that as per them its issue of software of lollipop which is not yet updated in moto g5. Can you please provide permanent solution for this small issue. Because you should be able to watch/listen the movies by putting any brand of earphone. I think you will definitely provide the solution as this is just a minor issue for such a reputed company.
