Hi,

I bought moto 4 g plus phone on 27 oct 2017 and it has power on issue from last 2 months. Suddenly it got power off and not switching on. I reached the service center for repair and they took 15 days time and said it will not work anymore. I still have warranty but they said it ll now work.

Updated by polamuriprasanna polamuri I contacted the service center in Hyderabad, Dilshuknagar. Satyam Electronics. But they are very irresponsible and not at all taking care of the mobile. They are simply telling that the phone will not work since they thought that the phone fell in water . The fact is they don't want to replace the phone . They are simply blaming the customer .

Service not provided mother board damaged while giving service and the service and repair done by moto service center mobile is totally spoiled with in 1 year 🙄🙄
