I purchased a motorola handset on june 29th. The phone fell from less than a height of 4ft, on an even surface. The screen is completely cracked and broken, but the touch is completely fine. The calls, camera also working fine. What is the matter? How should i get it repaired? Since its within the warranty period, do i get the screen repaired for free? How much will it cost otherwise? Motorola Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 01, 2017 annu dave's response do something to provide better service.this is not fair after 4 months the phone is lagging its perfomance

My phoe is not working properly. after system update speaker doesn't working.& phone doesn't start after swotticng off. working slow .so to something in my favour.how poor the perfomance of the brand company.4months r being passed for this handset n these problems occues so what to do now
