Hi, Mot e4 mic not working. But on speaker it works. The phone is barely 2 months old. Went to service center koramangala. They says hardware service will take 7 days. Now wt motorola think of their customers. Your customer should have spare mobile when they buy motorola? 7 days how do customer takes care of their personal and official need of a phone? We should take a negligence complaint on moto. Their e4 have this as known issue. Means they know they have defective product in the market, and still selling it. Either you should provide spare phone for time being while the defect is being serviced. Mobile display suddenly hide and not working mobile phone pl. accept my request. This problem everyday. Kindly necessary action. In 30 days 20 days problems it, when I call another mobile to this mobile sound working, display is hide. Pl. Solve that problem.
