Nearly one month back i purchased moto e4 plus mobile from flipkart... Recently some few days onwords my mobile touch screen is stucking suddenly and it is not responding to my touch and after some time it will be automatically working... So every time i am getting problem with this issue, i want to know why such type of problem had occurred... So can you please solve my problem as early as possible. Suddenly my mobile stucks(only Touchpad) some time, at that point of time if I am trying to do anything it couldn't responds.volume buttons and power key buttons are working but touch screen only not responding it's hanging.At that time I am trying to switch off the mobile but I couldn't, bcz touch screen not responding.
