The service center said that the data cable tho my device is not working that is why i was having charging issues.
That said it is replaceable because my device and its parts were under warranty.
I said them to give me the new the data cable. They said we dont have it. Come later from 7-10 days from today.
They also did not provided me spare data cable for the time being my cable is replaced. Data cable is such a small part why didn't the service center had it with themselves. Its been five days that i haven't got my data cable and i know what problems i am facing to charge my device.
This same thing also happened with my friend also in the same service center.
That's the way moto gives after sales service to its customer.
I would have recommended people to buy moto because of good phones but would not recommend them due to the bad after sales service.
