Dear sir/madam,
My phone is not working properly, it's getting switched off every now and the worst part is battery problem, heating issues, i went at one of your service centre in jhansi (U. P).. They only updated my phone's software and told me that it's working fine and still i'm facing the same thing. I want this phone's replacement, if you can't afford giving me replacement then i will give it to you for free as a remark to not make something like this again.
And yes, i bought this phone in may 2017 so it's under warranty. Hope you can help. :)

Hello, i'm using moto g5 plus and my charging cable is not working. So i am going to service center to change my cable in warranty. But they told me they check my phone with CID process.. i just want to know why CID process is mandatory for changing my charging cable...
