My camera got scratched...I don't know how...and you guys are asking me top pay Rs.1850 to get it done even if it is in warranty period claiming no warranty for external part. Why don't you guys put this condition in your pack. While selling you guys just say 1 year warranty, who is going to mention only internal. I want to get it done free of cost.

I purchase moto e 3 power mobile phone from online my chargere is not working properly . Due to guarentee period i give to customere care to replace it but customer care officer denied to replace he said charging cable is not work properly .
