I purchased the phone and within a few months the power button switch was almost falling off.
On 22.06.17, i approached the service centre at irla, mumbai and they said the part is not under warranty. Due to a hurry to bring the phone back to a working state as my work was being disrupted i paid an amount 420 to get it replaced. The invoice number of the same is m2m-/16-17/ 1783
I am facing the same issue currently. I do not want to approach the service centre to be given the same answer that this happens due to overuse of the phone. It is completely illogical that the entire phone is in perfect condition but that switch is almost going to fall off due to use. Why build a phone that cant even survive basic usage?
I am extremely upset and agitated as the same problem is resurfacing again.
I request a free repair of the part.
