I have buying moto g5 plus mobile paytm website purchased aug 9th
But the mobile water proofed
Aug 20 when i go out side it's come rain but phone is watered phone is not on
When i go to our customer care kurnool he persons not responded this phone worrested mobile please sell to another company this phone not warranted pease no water resistant spell please solve the problem
My phone last one week our store please responce

I am sarang wakharkar from nagpur. I have a problem in my moto x play having IMEI NO. [protected]. the phone is continue hanging . ur custom service says that uh hv to chng ur screen but some day before the phn was niclly working it suddenly get hang thn there by it is hanging continuelky
Plz I am requesting uhh to take an action
