Motorola Solutions — moto g5 plus microphone not working properly | |
Dear sir/mam I have bought moto g5 plus 2 months back but the microphone is not working properly. I have went to motorola authorised service centre also for 4 times but the personnel is not resolving the problem. Neither they are replacing the microphone. I am really fed up and dissatisfied with the services now. They keep my phone and say that they are testing it but hand that over to me as it is. This product and service centre has created a lot of problems for me as i have to go again and again there and my issue doesn't get resolved. Also it is creating a hindrance in my office work now.
