I purchased motorola g4 plus 32 gb on 17 january 2017, as a started using it i face some problems like
Heating issue while charging and capturing any video and application getting started automatically and battery draining drastically.
I showed my phone in motrola service center in jaipur (Sodala) and they fixed the battery draining issue by changing the battery.
Although the auto start application issue still persist.
So i showed up my phone to your service center in udaipur.
They said that they had fixed the problem by changing its motherboard. But as i can observe the problem still persist. So i showed up my phone again. They kept my phone for 4 long days and they did nothing. The name of the person is deepak. They said its clear now. But still the problem persist.
Again i showed it to your jaipur (Sodala) service center. They said they have upgraded the software and touch animation.
But still my problem persist.
What is wrong with my phone? Why they are unable to fix the issue?
Why i have to travel to your service center again and again?
Is this the best customer service that you provide?
I am highly disappointed with this problem.
I request you to kindly check my phone thoroughly and fix this problem completely. I need you favor this time to solve the issue.
I had already raised the complaint in this forum. I am complaining again.
Kindly resolve the issue.

After complaining to you(consumer forum), I again visited to the Motorola service center situated at Sodala in Jaipur.
There first they swapped the Job Sheet with some other job sheet and after trying to connect with them continuously for 4 hours, I have to personally visit to the service center.
After visiting they provided a new job sheet.
There they changed the touch.
But after all this long process, I am again facing the same problem of Auto start application. The snap of the job sheet is attached.
Now you tell me what should I do?
1. My motherboard is changed - as they said
2. My Touch-pad is changed - as they said
3. Battery is changed - as they said

But still the problem remains to trouble me.

In one step can I have the final outcome of my issues that I am facing, in which my precious time is wasted without being the problem resolved.
