Motorola Solutions — motorola pulse 2.

I have purchased a motorola pulse 2 wired headset with mic (Black) from flipkart ordered on may 15th 2017 and it was delivered on may 17th 2017. After using it for 9 months i found that the left side of headphones is not working properly and sound is not clear. So i called up motorola toll free number, they provided me a service center address, i went to several motorola service centers in kolkata.
But the service centres told me that they are not servicing motorola pulse 2.
If they are not servicing motorola products why they wrote motorola service center instead of particular motorola products.
Then i again called up to motorola customer care and they provided me with another customer support number of motorola.
I've tried to call up on the same number but it said the number was not reachable. I have been trying everyday for months but could not reach the customer care number provided by the customer support. The ending date of the warranty of the product is coming near and i have to give the headphones into the service centre within warranty.
Therefore i need help in finding the address of service centre in kolkata that repairs motorola pulse 2.
