I visited your service centre at Borivali in Mumbai- Cellular World on 26/12/2016 to rectify the problem with my motoX purchased in May 2014.The problem was SIM NOT REGISTERING. After explaining to your staff that I had already changed the SIM from service provider Vodafone and even tried the new SIM in another handset(it was registering), they still insisted that the problem was with the SIM & after charging diognose charge advised me to get a new sSIM.I did that but the problem was still there. Then on 06/02/2016 I visited your service centre again and this time they said We have to change the SIM tray and if it still does not work then we change the Motherboard.Your Customer Car Rep Prachi then goes on to say that it does not make sense to repair this mobile and adds that if Motorola mobiles work for one year you should be glad & proceeds to make another bill for diagnosis. When I ask her why it was not diagnosed in my earlier visit, she got nasty and said that I did not give them enough time for diagnosis on my earlier visit, when in fact I waited patiently for almost 2 hrs at your service centre and was informed that the mobile was perfectly fine and all I had to do was change the SIM.Even the Manager Rahul refused to meet me
I am very disappointed with your service and being a loyal customer of Motorola(I have a Moto G and was planning to purchase The Moto X play) am really put off and you can be sure I will never ever purchase another Motorola produced ever. Was this information helpful? |
