[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Motorola X Play - service under warranty | |||
I have purchased Motorola X Play in July 2016. The mobile is giving signal jumping problem. I went to authorized service center SCD-018 SATYAM ELECTRONICS at Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad on 10th June 2017. I was told this is a software issue and registered my complaint vide no.SRSCD[protected] and asked me to come in the evening. When I went in the evening I was told to pay Rs.450.00 towards service charges and collect my mobile. When I refused to pay and raised the issue of warranty, I was told to come after 3 days by then the warranty issue would be resolved. After a rigorous continous followup on 18.06.2017 ie after 10 days my mobile was ready for delivery. Alas when I checked there is no MY FILES link to browse memory card. When I took up the issue I was told this time this is a MOTHERBOARD problem and asked me to come back later. Again after rigours follow up and wasting 1 day leave, on 21.06.2017, the manager Mr.Vikarm told me to wait for 7 days. As on today 29.06.2017 there is no trace of my mobile and the staff also not giving any clarity regarding the mobile repair. GOD HELP MOTOROLA...!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
