Motorola Solutions — my hand set is under warranty period but the service center is denying to repair the same as it's tuch screen is not working | |||
Please note i had purchase a handset motog play on date 29/6/2017. Few days before it's speaker were observed not working well and then it was handed over to one of motorola authorized service center udaipur (Rajasthan-indai). After arresting of the same it was handed over to me, this time speakers start working well but the touch screen functioning gone away and many time it get holdup. When i retuned it back to your same service center now they are denying to arrest the same stating that it is physically damaged. Was this information helpful? | |||

My motog5 is still in the warranty period and I can't charge it properly, it starts losing its battery even when the sign shows it is charging and never completes charging.
