I have purchased moto g4 plus online from amazon on 08/feb/2017, suddenly my mobile stopped working on 10/sep/2017. My mobile is on under warranty, when i go for authorize sevice center on 11/sep/2017 they told me your mobile is damaged and they demand for charge to repair my mobile, even my mobile is not demaged, it is same condition when as i got from amazon. My requesting to company repair my mobile either replace my mobile. I need a valid solution for this problem as soon as possible. From Last 24 hours my phone is not in working condition. I have called at Jio Customer Care they said that your phone needs to be properly updated. I did the same through System update but its not working. Please help me by providing me necessary information to how to update my phone properly as soon as possible.
