Sir/Madam Am really upset and suffering with decision I made to buy Motorola phone. I bought new phone on: 21/09/2016. Started facing mic problem: 26/092016 Reported on: 05/10/2016 Visited service centre: 06/10/2016 Software reinstalled and sent back. Problem re-observed within few hours. Revisited service centre: 08/10/2016 Mobile retained by service centre and assured fastest delivery (Needs part replacement) Today is 17/10/2016. Update from service centre is – Wait for 5/6 more days as part is not available. How come a) a mobile, procured on day of launch, can have manufacturing defect, passed to the customer? b) any company can launch a product without spares' readiness?? Am really suffering. I bought Moto e3 power 3 weeks back and today suddenly it's mic stopped functioning...It was automatically out of no where..Is this a hardware issue for which I should go to service centre or it is a software issue.

My name is jagdeep and I have purchased moto g 4 play thru Amazon company but after 2 week it's not working properly especially mobile network. When iam watching online videos in YouTube then the mobile network has been loose and when I'm only serfing that it will works. Plz sort out my problem.
