Motorola Solutions — non receipt of repaired phone | |||
I had given my instrument bearing imei no. [protected] to service centre : in-003-bangalore, vide moto service record no. Srin[protected] on 04/10/2017 with a complaint "' instrument not powering on". Now the issue is 1. To receive the instrument it took more than 2 hours. 2. To inform the nature of fault it took more than 1.5 hours. 3. Though the instrument is well within the warranty period, the service center refused to replace the instrument with a new one. 4. Even after 6 days i have not received the repaired instrument. 5. The phone no. Provided for inquiry in the the receipt/service record is not functional. ([protected]) thereby making me run around every now and then to the service center only to know that it will take more time 'as replacement part has not arrived'. Why such a renowned company like motorola is taking so much time to repair through the company's service center? I very much left with no words to say other than the 'apathy' shown.
