I brought a new moto z2 play handset on july 24 of 2017 after one month o[censored]sage the screen got a defect, some area of the screen doesn't respond to touch. As i have a warranty, i gave my phone to repair in an authorized moto service center on 10 th august 2017. But they did not repair the phone. As the part was not available. They wanted me to wait for it and i waited for a month but still they haven't repaired my hand set. If this is the service that you provide for your products i don't want to know what you guys give to your flagship products. Need a solution for this. Please!!!

This is by far the worst experience in my life and really frustrated by it. I haven't even used the phone to its fullest and this is what i got. No wonder people are opting for other brands. Moto is a no go. The worst after market service. Was this information helpful? |
