Motorola Solutions — not repairing my g4 plus turbocharger

I had ordered a moto g4 plus turbo charger from amazon on 13th august but afer few months the charger is not working properly. I went to moto service centre but they do not provide repairing facility according to moto service centre even it is in warranty. They are saying online products are replaced online. Although online replacing period has been over but my product has 6 months warranty by brand but moto serive centre are not providing that service.
