[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — parts not available. and there is no proper response from service center | |||||
I bought motorola mobile 6month back from flipkart. But phone screen touch not working and phone get switch off automatically. I went service center. They are telling that. Will take time 2 months to get ready. Reason is parts are not available. And there is no proper response from service person. (Cco kumar) i have warranty and invoice copy also. I have given both documents to cco. They told first time it will take 1 week. When i called after one week. That time time telling 2months will take. Its worst service from motorola company.
