[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Pathetic service from service station nor from call centre | |||
Are yoy guys really inventor of six sigma? I am one of the oldest customer of yours who used 4-5 Motorola cells time now over last 15 years.. the service that igot this time was worst of ever. I travelled 30 km almost to your service centre as yoy have only one in pune and the resolution that i fitness handset is physically damaged. I just saw a few scratches on side metal body of my cell.. they just wanted to establish their point and they did it. Mr jadhav also said that they have daily 200+ customer and can't entertain much. Inspite of my cell being in warantee i was forced to move out. I have 2 major issue : switch off issue fewquent once battery is less than 50% and other one is i see some spot on my screen a yellow colour from last 4 days which is increasing. I have been raising this issue since a month now and finally you guys asked me to visit your service centre and they gave different answer.. Let me know if you are able to solve my issue or I have to take another step to educate public on social network to avoid using moto because of such services? Was this information helpful? | |||
