[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — poor customer service by motorola service center (chandigarh, sec-20) | |||||
Dear sir/ma’am I have purchased motorola z play 32gb varient, black through amazon.in (Imei : [protected]) billed on 1/4/17. In first week of august, while connecting to an auxiliary cable, phone screen blinked and turned off automatically. After this i tried to switch it on many times but only white led shows, phone fails to turn on. I visited motorola service center in chandigarh and explained the issue but they refused to repair / replace my phone just because of an hairline scratch inside the screen glass. And i did not even knew about it before it was working fine. And they told me to do get the display changed by them at rs 11500 and they ‘ll look into it and when i asked if i get it changed by paying you 11500rs do you give any guarantee that the phone will work and they said no it’s all at your risk. This is total mental harassment faced by me. I as a valuable customer did not expect this from a brand like motorola. Please look into this matter as in urgent. Hope you will do the needful. I will be really thankful.
