Motorola Solutions — Poor service provider when device is within warantee and no manners how to communicate with customers | |||||
I have purchased new Moto E device. when it has some issue i submitted device at Global services India Pune. After completion of successfull 1 month device is not handed to me and my work order has been closed(ZST/MG/15/06993) instead of resolving issue. They have said to me there is hardware issue with your device and we have ordered motherboard from Motorola. But no use of it when they called me to collect device. When i reached to collect device @Global service center the issue still persist. And from that time they have raised again new complaint(ZST/MG/15/17563) after 1 month. I have question how can they close my 1st complaint(ZST/MG/15/06993) without resolving issue. Also they don't have manners how to communicate with customers.Its really bad experience with me for Motorola. Please help me returning my device as fast as possible.
