I bought moto-g plus (4-th gen) on 09.11.2016. The power button is broken two months back. I approached the authorized service center in navi mumbai and vadodara. I was told that the power button is not under warranty, so i need to pay for it for which i agreed. For last two months they are unable to provide me the spare - neither at navi mumbai nor vadodara.
They are not taking any service request for the spare as well. Last two months i am calling them to enquire about the spares for which every time they replied as no.
If i can't get a spare within the warranty period after willing to pay for this, why should i use this phone or plan to buy in future??? Was this information helpful? |
