Motorola Solutions — Received mobile is not good I think its having problem in battery or changing pin

Dear sir i purchased recently means i brought new Motorola e 7 PLUS On[protected] just only one month old but mobile phone now its giving so much trouble to me. when i am putting in to charging its not increasing its reducing why like this problems will come now please replace my mobile and accessory as soon as possible
