Motorola Solutions — regarding service centre | |||
Dear sir I have submitted my moto g4 plus for repair to your rewa mp service centre. The cell is in warranty and they asked me for 4000 rs for pcb replacement. They said the invoice will not be given for the above. I raised the issue and emailed to motorola but no action is taken so far and no response was given. It's been a month neither my mobile was repaired and not i heard anything from the email. This is highly disappointing. Please look into the matter and resolve.
