Dear sir, My son tusharkumar patel has purchased moto g turbo mobile through amazon vide invoice no ka[protected] dated 30.03.2016. This mobile imei is [protected]. On dated 02.07.2016 mobile was broken due to mis handle of mobile. I was immediately went to your customer service centre for repairing or replace the mobile on dated 11.07.2016. Your customer incharge simple reply to me "your mobile broken, so your mobile could not repair or replace. Please go". Please help me, my mobile moto g turbo repair free of cost or replace immediately as mobile is under warranty period. I hope you must solve the problem immediately please.
