I purchase mobile moto c plus model no - xt 1721 hsn 85171290 imei [protected]/127 in nov 2017. Problem occurred in mobile touch in april 2018. My mobile under warranty period. I visited company authorised service centre jbv mobile solution new delhi and jaipur. They refuse to repair the mobile set & given reason this fault is not under warranty but as per warranty condition this is not correct. This is the practice of mobile co if anything happen in warranty period they one or other reason like your mobile fallen or dew in the set. If you visit any authorised service & there behaviour also not good due to they ask money for the same. Now i want justice. Company given warranty but when we take services they refuse and ask for charge. What is use of the warranty. Kindly do needful. Thanks & regards
