Motorola Solutions — Sim -1 Slot not working | |||
Respected Concern, My name is Amit Sharma and I am working as Manager operations in Jawahar Eye Hospital Meerut. My issue is that i have purchased a Motorola -G-3 handset from one of the local vendors in meerut and now the sim -1 slot is not working .I went to your Motorola Service Centre in Bagwati Complex Shop No-7 they said they require the online bill when i provided then the online bill now they are saying that the model o no of the handset is not mentioned on the online bill.No online bill mentions the Model no but the IMEI No of the Handset is mentioned on the Online bill. I, would like to request you- 1) Please provide me the Online bill if there is any in which the model no is mentioned on my mail id :- [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@jawahareyehospital.com & [protected]@jawahareyehospital.com. 2) or else please resolve my issue on urgent basis. 3) For your convenience i am also attaching the online bill of my mobile. I, am still waiting for the resolution from your end .As it has been very long since the case is pending. If there is any issue that you can resolve my problem then i would like to request you please provide me Personal Mobile No and Official contact no with there respective mail id of COO and CEO of your company.
So that is becomes easier for me to get faster resolution.
