Hi team, i got my moto g5s plus yesterday from amazon and i find an annoying software issue, whenever i am dragging an app out of my created app folders there's a dummy copy of the app icon created on the home page and disappears only when i restart the device, please provide a solution as it is quite annoying, have attached a screenshot for reference, expecting a quick response Was this information helpful? | |||||

Kindly inform you to that i have buy the Moto C plus handset/mobile on dated 26/05/2017. Few last days i have faced this problem when i received the call screen not show contact number. mobile details given below for your reference.

My moto g4 plus mobile phone- when i use application or play game long time, mobile call sound is make off..and video and music sound also got off...when i switches of and on...then it work properly..how i can fix this prob.
