I have submitted my mobile with ghost touching issue on 30.03.2018. My phone is in out of warranty state.
After 2-3 days when they returned the mobile, I didn't even left the service center it has started restarting automatically over and over. They took the phone again. Next time when I received it, this time the mobile was having ghost image issue with it. Again they repaired it. This time the phone is having display lines, I can't even use the phone any more.
Now they claim that my phone has the mother board issue from starting. while it doesn't have any such issue before I submitted the phone to them.
And they only claim (verbally) that while reassembling the mobile parts it can happen issue with motherboard. - Which clearly states that service center is the one who is responsible for new ghost image, display lines issues.
They harassed me for one month (30.04.2018 - 24.05.2018) and now THEY JUST RETURNED THE PHONE BACK IN MUSH MORE WORSE STATE.
Moreover behavior of the service folks are really bad. They are really rude and unprofessional.
