[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — taken charge to check phone and connected to his computer | |
Hi team, I am located in indore (M. P) my phone was showing me motorola wallpaper and not switch off, so i go to service center of motorola and the guy told me that he have to check by connecting the phone to computer which will be chargeable and after connecting and start my phone he took rs 300 in which there is no software upgrade because i don't lose my data. So i want to ask motorola company to start the phone by connecting the computer they charge rs 300? Which is not legitimate to me. Looking forward to hear from you. Was this information helpful? | |
