Hi sir/ma'am I took it to the service centre and they said that it will cost around rs.1209, they told that my phone's jack is damaged. The service centre analyst informed me that company do not provide warranty on jack and it is true the company will not provide a jack. As moto is a trusted and a good brand, hence i bought your phone but the service centre people are taking extra charge even when my phone is under warranty and they are not cooperating at all. My phone's warranty will get break on 28 march 2018. Hence i request you to please consider it on priority otherwise my warranty will be break. After 1 week ago i m submit my mobile in Moto service center in durgapur.today I have a received mobile but I get a fingerprint sensor problem but they are say it is not under warranty because mobline front housing scratch.
