I contacted moto service center, lodged complaint at service center. Actually my moto model is moto second generation xt1068. That problem only is even phone having two sim s but showing signal is one. After restart my phone sim showing two signals, after some time it is showing again one signal having 2 sim s in my phone. That is main problem. Remaining all are ok. But after contacted service center they told me we can rectify within 2 or 3 days. After completion of days i again approach service center, they handed over my phone without working of screen and phone. Again asked the sc they answered me that is a software problem... We can update the software please come after 3 days. Again i approached sc (Service center)
They answered me, sir its a mother board problem. Which cost is 5000/-.
If you pay we will ready to serve... My phone problem is jumping of sims. Its is a simple problem...
I don't know why the sc hyd behaviour is unethical?
I don't know why the sc hyd employees like these?
I don't know why the sc hyd behaviour like these with customers?
